(Doing the Right Thing Doesn’t Always Feel Good)
In a world where happiness is sold as the ultimate goal, we often confuse “right” with “feel-good.” But sahi hamesha happy nahi hota — the truth is, doing the right thing can be uncomfortable, painful, or even lonely.

Choosing to walk away from a toxic relationship? That’s right — but it might leave you with nights full of tears. Speaking up when everyone else is silent? That’s right — but it may cost you your peace, popularity, or position. Setting a boundary for the first time? That’s right — but the guilt may eat you alive.
We’re conditioned to associate “good decisions” with instant relief or smiles. But real integrity doesn’t come gift-wrapped with joy. Sometimes, it comes with shaking hands, breaking hearts, or silent strength.
Being right doesn’t mean being comfortable. It means being true.
So if you're feeling low after doing what was right, pause. Breathe. Don’t confuse discomfort with regret. Sometimes, the most painful decisions are the wisest ones.
And healing? That comes later. Happiness? That finds you eventually, in self-respect, clarity, and quiet peace.
Remember: Sahi hamesha happy nahi hota. Lekin sahi, akhir mein, sahi hi hota hai.
